Refer a Friend Program - Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

The ScoreCM Refer a Friend Program ("Program") allows existing clients ("Referrers") to invite new clients ("Referees") to join ScoreCM. Referrers earn rewards for each successful referral, and Referees may receive a bonus upon meeting the eligibility criteria.

Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. ScoreCM reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time.

2. Parties to the Agreement

• ScoreCM Ltd ("Company"), an FX broker providing financial services.
• Referrer: A verified ScoreCM client participating in the Program.
• Referee: A new client who registers and verifies a trading account via the Referrer’s unique link.

3. Definitions

• Reward: The cash incentive given to the Referrer upon a successful referral.
• Trading Bonus: A bonus credited to the Referee’s account upon meeting trading conditions.
• Virtual Wallet: The electronic wallet where Referrers receive rewards.
• Fraudulent Activity: Any action that manipulates the Program to gain an unfair advantage, including multiple accounts, self-referrals, or non-genuine trading activities.

4. Eligibility

• The Referrer must have a verified ScoreCM trading account.
• The Referee must register using the Referrer’s unique link and verify their trading account.
• The Referee must fund their account and meet minimum trading volume requirements.
• Both parties must comply with ScoreCM’s trading terms.
• The Referrer must not be an employee or an affiliate of ScoreCM.

5. Referral Rewards

• Referrers earn cash rewards based on the number of successful referrals:
  • 1-25 Referees: $25 per referral
  • 25-30 Referees: $50 per referral
  • 50-100 Referees: $75 per referral
  • 100+ Referees: $100 per referral
• Referees receive a $50 trading bonus upon meeting minimum trading requirements.
• Rewards are credited in USD or the equivalent currency of the trading account.

6. Referral Requirements

• A referral is successful if the Referee:
  • Verifies their account within 30 days.
  • Funds their trading account.
  • Trades at least 3 standard lots in Forex, Gold, or Silver.
  • Holds trades for at least 5 minutes.
• Rewards are calculated per Referee, not per trading account.
• Referrers cannot refer existing ScoreCM clients.
• Referees must not have previously held a ScoreCM trading account.
• Referees must not have previously held a ScoreCM trading account.

7. Reward Payout

• Rewards are credited to the Referrer’s Virtual Wallet.
• Funds can be withdrawn or used for trading.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is $20.
• Dormant accounts (inactive for 90 days) may forfeit rewards.
• ScoreCM reserves the right to delay or withhold rewards in cases of suspected fraudulent activity.

8. Restrictions

• ScoreCM reserves the right to exclude participants engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Multiple accounts, self-referrals, or referrals made with the intention of exploiting the Program are strictly prohibited.
• ScoreCM may adjust or revoke rewards in cases of suspected abuse.
• Any attempt to manipulate trading volume solely to qualify for rewards will result in disqualification from the Program.

9. Program Modifications

• 1. ScoreCM reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Program at its discretion.
• 2. Participants will be notified of significant changes where possible.
• 3. Any modifications take effect immediately upon publication on the ScoreCM website.

10. Termination

• ScoreCM may terminate a Referrer’s participation if they violate these terms.
• The Program may be discontinued at any time with prior notice.
• Upon termination, any pending rewards may be forfeited if fraudulent activity is detected.

11. Governing Law

This Program is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Dominica.

By participating, Referrers and Referees agree to these terms. ScoreCM’s decision on all matters related to the Program is final.
